  • Subject Line: CROSS COUNTRY CAMP SIGNUP - [athlete's name] 
  • PayPal transaction ID 
  • Athlete's name, gender, and age
  • Athlete's most recent time trial or race times, if available
  • Any injury concerns or additional health details  
  • Athlete's training goals for Cross Country Camp
  • Emergency contact name and phone number 

What to Expect at Summer Camp

Group speed training is every Tuesday and Thursday morning starting at 6:30 am. The training outline is listed below: 

  1. Whole group warm up 
  2. Whole group drills 
  3. Speed work, grouped by pace 
  4.  Whole group cool down and stretch 


Athletes are expected to come prepared with the following: 

  • A good night's sleep, hydration, and diet 
  • Appropriate running shoes and attire 
  • Hydration 
  • Electrolytes
  • Yoga mat for stretching 


Eliud will assign recovery runs and base mileage for the rest of the week for athletes to do on their own. Athletes who travel during summer will receive written workout plans to follow while they are out of town.
