We follow a proven training method that has been developed through decades of experience. Athletes will do 2 hard workouts together on Tuesdays and Thursdays and additional easier miles throughout the week depending on their level/goals. Eliud assesses and adjusts depending on each athlete's needs throughout the program.
The Elite Running Foundation champions both cross country and track athletes in middle and high school, ensuring every promising runner, regardless of financial background, receives top-tier coaching and mentorship.
We offer ongoing cross country and track boot-camps tailored for middle school, high school, collegiate, and professional runners. The Foundation is committed to our middle and high school athletes, ensuring those facing financial challenges receive coaching, gear, and travel support for meets.
